Rules and Regulations
Rent must be paid in advance weekly. (Can also be prepaid for as many weeks as you wish).
Rent can be paid by:
a) Cash
b) Money Order (to “Sawtelle View LLC”)
c) Cashier’s Check (to “Sawtelle View LLC”)
d) Credit or Debit Card
We DO NOT accept personal or business checks.
Check-out time is 11:00 AM (NO late checkout).
No refunds (except for key deposit).
Room rates are for ONE person.
Rooms are furnished; including Cable TV, high-speed WiFi internet, microwave, and refrigerator.
No smoking inside the hotel.
Pets and bicycles are not allowed inside the hotel.
Lost keys: Guests will forfeit the refundable key deposit.
A washer and dryer are available to all guests (located on the 1st floor).
Rooms are to be made available for cleaning weekly by Hotel housekeeping.
For safety and health reason, do not clutter the rooms with personal belongings.
Tenants must empty wastebasket into the dumpster located in the back of the building.
Request for non-emergency repairs and/or problems must be given to the manager during posted business hours.
Hotel is not responsible for the loss or theft of any personal belongings.
Hotel is not responsible for belongings left over 30 days.
Possession of firearms, use of drugs, illegal activities, disruptive behavior, etc., are ground for IMMEDIATE EVICTION without prior notice. If evicted, no refunds will be given.
